myth 1: i have to eat the same thing every day to make it work.

myth 3: I HAVE TO BE PERFECT TO SEE RESULTS.

What would you say if I told you that the whole macro-tracking approach isn’t an exact science? Between user error in measuring food, database errors in the tracking apps and “best guess” macro prescriptions — it’s definitely not an exact method! But, even in its flaws, macro-tracking is still one of the most efficient and effective ways to lose weight, change your body composition and eat to support athletic performance. Macros Made Easy was made for the beginner tracker but can also serve as continuing education for more advanced trackers. We will answer all of your burning questions from planning meals for the week with macros in mind, eating out while sticking to your macro goals, how to know if you should adjust your macros—and more!

Even better! We will work alongside you to help you set your own macro targets. If you’re a great fit for this course, you want guidance, not hand holding. Our team of macro experts will walk you through how to set your initial targets and how to make tweaks to that initial prescription as you move forward.

If you have a macro prescription provided by an online calculator or coach, you are more than welcome to use it during the Macros Made Easy course. However, participants who opted to customize their targets with expert guidance were more successful with hitting their targets on a regular basis—and therefore reaping health, body composition and athletic performance benefits, faster.

Nope! This course is designed to build and strengthen your skills in macro tracking. It is meant for beginners with no experience and veterans who feel like tracking doesn’t feel like “autopilot” quite yet. 

To best help you learn, we’ve created video, audio, worksheets, printable resources and cheat sheets. Each module contains a mix of each medium.

All of the Macros Made Easy content is hosted in an online portal on Kartra. Upon enrollment, you’ll be asked to create log-in credentials (username + password). Access all the course materials via the online portal.

You are invited to connect with other course participants via private Facebook Group. If you do not have a Facebook account or do not wish to join the private group for support, accountability and community building, you can still access all of the course learnings via the online portal.

These virtual sessions are an opportunity for you to get your questions answered about macro tracking so you can speed up the learning curve and start feeling awesome while eating for your needs and goals.

The most successful graduates of Macros Made Easy aim to complete one module per week (about 6 weeks total) which is plenty of time to consume the information, apply the skills learned and practice tracking in real life with their own food. However, you could consume the course content, in its entirety over one week and implement the lessons for the following several weeks. You are welcome to work through the material in whichever way makes the most sense to you!
