Be honest: Don’t you already do this? If you took a look at your kitchen or your grocery list from week to week, you’d probably find the same 10-15 foods. Macros Made Easy was made for the beginner tracker but can also serve as continuing education for more advanced trackers. We will answer all of your burning questions from planning meals for the week with macros in mind, eating out while sticking to your macro goals, how to know if you should adjust your macros—and more!
Yes – my team of macro-expert Registered Dietitians will provide a personalized set of macros for you.
If you have a macro prescription provided by an online calculator or coach, you are more than welcome to use it during the Macros Made Easy course. However, participants who opt for this option were more successful with hitting their targets on a regular basis—and therefore reaping health, body composition and athletic performance benefits, faster.
To best help you learn, we’ve created video, audio, worksheets, printable resources and cheat sheets. Each module contains a mix of each medium.
All of the Macros Made Easy content is hosted in an online portal on www.emilyfieldrd.com. Upon enrollment, you’ll be asked to create log-in credentials (username + password). Access all the course materials via the online portal.
You are invited to connect with other course participants via private Facebook Group. If you do not have a Facebook account or do not wish to join the private group for support, accountability and community building, you can still access all of the course learnings via the online portal.
The honest answer is, it depends on you and how much time and bandwidth you have to dedicate to tracking your food.
The most successful graduates of Macros Made Easy aim to complete one module per week (about 5 or 6 weeks total) which is plenty of time to consume the information, apply the skills learned and practice tracking in real life with their own food. However, you could consume the course content, in its entirety over one week and implement the lessons for the following several weeks. You are welcome to work through the material in whichever way makes the most sense to you!
