never half-ass two things, whole-ass one thing

Here are some things I hear a lot:⁣⁣
⁣⁣
>> I want to lose fat AND gain muscle ⁣⁣
>> I want to lose weight AND get super strong⁣⁣
>> I want to PR my marathon time AND I want get my first pull-up ⁣⁣
>> I want to be lean AND improve my hormones
⁣⁣
And, wow, I want these things for you so badly.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
But, have you considered that you might be holding yourself back by not focusing on one goal at a time? That you’ve been stuck in the same cycle for years because you’ve been putting one foot in but leaving the other out? That you have yet to see your highest potential because you haven’t been putting your *all* into it? ⁣
⁣⁣

⁣⁣
It’s not that you can’t have ALL of these things – you absolutely can. The people who have seen their goals become a reality are the ones who get laser focused. They tune out the noise and refuse other options and opinions.⁣⁣
